I'm curious about QoS too, but for CS:S reasons...

CS sometimes has problems with QoS. I had it configured for a bit and it kept crashing. Looking up the errors online said to turn off QoS. I did - and it didn't crash anymore. -=o/
(this was for CS:CZ and not CS:S - dunno if source is any different)
