I use BitTyrant, a bittorrent program that is specially coded so that you get faster downloads with more a more...utilitarian...upload scheme. From what I've noticed, it actually works. Though, since it uses Azureus as a base it decides that sometimes it likes to use all my resources. Otherwise, it's nice.

cough use limewire , they cant watch u there cough*.
I'm not downloading playboy TV, so, ha!

I was afraid you were going to say that.  $40 a month you say?

Does anyone know about the other two questions I had?

$40 for 3 months, so about $13.50 per month.  Less than Netflix or Blockbusters service each month, with a ton more options, and not just movies.

Since April, I've downloaded 1.4 TB of movies, music, games, etc using this.  And the best part is that it uses my whole connection speed from start to finish.  No waiting for seeders or connections.

Start download, 1.25 MB until finished.  I can usually get a DVD in 1 hour.

I've used newsgroups in the past but nothing recently.

jake i want to sign up NOW!

Agreed,

However, if you want alot of good stuff and are willing to pay for it (luckily I knowz people, even though I get my stuff legally) Newzbin is the way to go IMO.

Big fan of http://www.newzbin.com/ as well as http://www.vcdquality.com/.

The great thing about the site I subscribe to (http://www.usenetserver.com/) is that you never have to download headers.  They have a built in global search to build the .nzb file.  Download that (which is usually 1-2 MB) and you're golden.

Girl,  You don't have to go looking for them.  You can just use a program such as this..

http://lifehacker.com/software/top/automatically-download-new-tv-shows-over-bittorrent-with-ted-289835.php

I use a similar one, but for a mac.  It goes out and gets all the episodes for any show I ask it to, and then it looks for new ones as often as I tell it to.

I think the best way to automatically get your TV is the eztv RSS.  I often times get my shows a few hours before they air through eztv.  I highly recommend them.
