"Mayors and Governors for short periods of time don't have the experience needed for National security" or something along those lines... Oh and my favorite quote from last night by Sarah Palin: "Charlie, again, we've got to remember what the desire is in this nation at this time," she said to the ABC host. "It is for no more politics as usual and somebody's big, fat resume maybe that shows decades and decades in that Washington establishment, where, yes, they've had opportunities to meet heads of state." IS THAT NOT SENATOR MCCAIN SHE'S TALKING ABOUT?

Nice job missing the key points there Powdered. Excellent. If powdered missed the key points, why don't you go ahead and point them out for us and express your own opinions instead of spouting off a bunch of links. Go right on ahead.

Now you have to deal with the missus. you fuked now, logical. No, when sources like RCP (which is probably the most un-biased place on the interwebs) are useful to make my point I use them. But anyways, you obviously missed these points. 1.) When referring to Community Organizer you failed to point out to mention that he worked with ACORN (Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now) which is notorious for several voter fraud schemes. 2.) On the whole argument about beating the Clintons, congrats he won with the entire backing of his supporters who probably don't know what he's running for besides change. 3.) The Alaskan National Guard has been deployed to Iraq, just like many other National Guard troops (like Oregon's and probably Utah's etc.) 4.) You failed to get to the fact that she beat out an Incumbent GOP Governor and exposed corruption within her own party. 5.) Actually knows how many states there are in the US (that would be 50 not 57) Tell me Powdered (or Ema) what exactly has Barrack Obama done for his country? What is he running for? What does he want to do besides "Change."

I know this is going to seriously piss you off:
Change is enough for my vote. McCain doesn't seem to want to change enough - therefore he doesn't get my vote, considering how borked the system is.
Not to mention that he had to resort to stunts and tricks with a VP to save his campaign. Also, not that any age demographic besides 50+ really matters these days in the elections. Damn retired people and their running the country.

Logical - You failed to realize that once a National Guard is deployed to anywhere outside the state... the Governor has absolutely no charge over them... In fact, they can't even order them back! So, them being in Iraq has nothing to do with Mrs. Palin. You also forget that she is currently being investigated for corruption and abuse of powers. If you count territories, islands, and everything else that is America (and has voters) there is more to USA than just 50 states. You think McCain knows what he is doing.. ? and I quote the Wall Street Journal: "He wants to lower gasoline prices by temporarily suspending the federal gas tax. But he wants to raise the price of gas with a cap-and-trade system that punishes polluting industries.
In environmentally conscious Portland, Ore., he praised wind power. In Texas oil country he supported more drilling. In rural Missouri he urged more nuclear power. In California he praised fuel-efficiency standards.
"It's all over the map," said Bob Ebel, a senior adviser and energy expert at the Center for Strategic and International Studies. "I'm just sort of scratching my head."" read more: http://online.wsj.com/article/SB121426587652898519.html?mod=googlenews_wsjHe just tells people what they want to hear.

Sorry got the Army National Guard confused with the National Guard my bad. Why can't McCain say all those things to certain areas? Obama has done that as well (well except Nuclear, since thats... you know dangerous). I realize that US has more territories as well as the 50 states, but it doesn't add up to 57. It just so happens to add up to the amount of states in the Islamic Conference of the UN. It was obviously a Freudian slip. However... this little clip is a bit more interesting.

no i don't know. explain please! cuz i've read most of his new book and it instead emphasizes the opposite: actual free choice and free markets, being able to own and protect property ,and allowing more open and critical discussion
