dear jake,
over the past few years ive just now realized something - did america get funnier than it has been in like ten years?
sure, my basis for this question comes off reading all the funny tshirts on:
www.bustedtees.com and some things ive read/seen here and there, but im starting to think that maybe its true.
i read a great article in vanity fair (btw i think kate winslet is practically naked in dec's issue - if youre into that stuff) about tina fey last month and she's really a funny lady. I think that if she were to hit the big time ten years ago americans wouldnt have thought she was that funny.
i think we're pretty accepting over the last couple years and some amazing stuff has been put out there.
are we more tolerant or is there just so much more material to work with these days?
