http://morgan.ath.cx  contacts page so thats bad to have their names on it? and also i have a link at the bottom going to my work email as well also another one in the open postions to applications@morganasphalt.com...

To the best of my knowledge it is a very bad idea.  You'll see many people on forums doing stuff like:
b o o b s @ mail @ google , not net

Our customers that have their emails displayed always complain of spam.

Do you really think I'll have that big of a deal with the spammers? If I do I can always change it back right?

I work for a company that often designs small $800 websites, so we have a lot of them out there.  And due to the out dated scripting methods that they used for the many years prior to my working here, they left their forms wide open to spammers.  And yet, a surprisingly small number of those sites have been spammed.  So no, it's not a big risk.  But why not spend the hour it would take to learn and deploy DD-formmailer or something similar?  It's a good preventative.

Listen to Jed. He's right.  I was talking about using an email address like latro said.  That will guarantee you spam.  Contact form spam, however, has been less common for me. I have caught some trying to go through though, and fixed it appropriately. Specifically oscommerce is not good with their contact form :p.

The top left compnay name I really have a hard time reading the company name. The white on white is not really a good idea. You either need to change the colors or move it around. Please change it.

A simple 1px stroke around the name would fix that. See how that looks.

A good rule of thumb.  Never publish an email address in it's plain text goodness. There are many ways to properly obfuscate an email address. Not all of them good for usability. A List Apart has a good article about graceful email obfuscation. Read it.

I watched a great video about bad techniques in email obfuscation, but can't find it right now because I'm on BYU campus.  Stupid byUSSR blocking youtube...

Good to know.  BigforkWEB used oscommerce for years.  And our customer always complain of spam problems.  It's ridiculous how long it is taking my company to catch on, but me and the latest hired help have really pulled the company out of the stone age.  For a great example of our old methods you should take a look at this site's code:
http://www.andersonsmasonry.com/

I'd love to show you the PHP that powers it, but staring at all the security flaws you'd probably be too tempted to hack into our database.  That's next on my to-fix list.

Word of advice, never jump on a tech job in a small hill billy town.
