Did you get a tool to disconnect that blocking bolt thing? yes, tinsnips FTW!!! But they don't try to block it now cause I pay for the cable internet. They put a filter in once but it wasn't locking or anything. |

Options: Preferences: Scheduler: Limited Upload Rate: 25
And then just set the hours I want limited. Pretty simple, really.

I cap mine anywhere between 10 and 50. And I make sure to not limit the number of connections.
With Cable internet, you should be able to do all this and still get great ping on CS:S. It seems though that this is difficult with a DSL connection.

nono, how are you still able to play cs with still good ping?? if i'm using my bittorrent while cs'ing, my ping goes past 100. Edit: and i keep my upload at 20. |
