9v9 is pushing it in terms of teams.

20 People @ 1000fps on a Level 3 connection is in theory the LIMIT of the source engine, meaning 32 is a non option.

The aforementioned is considering ideal circumstances for all connected. Due to the fact that we're serving people all over the US, I'd recommend 18 to give ourselves some leeway for the nonideals.

Also: moved to the correct forum.
