Server's getting laid to waste. Where is help?

I've resorted to the multiple slay idea.  Slay at the offense and say why.  If they continue to be a douche then continue slaying at the beginning of the round.  Drove off 3 asshats doing that and the server never had an issue.  Easy to do when you are upfront about it.  I think people make a stink when a ban comes out of no where and their "friends" complain on the server after it happens.

I used to love the ma_cexec for that reason.  Except I'd bind their mouse1 to "kill" so every time they tried to shoot, they'd die.

I was also a fan of slaying at the beginning of every round until they left.  Until I got chewed out for that as well.

i hate valve for nerfing that command although there were admittedly some pretty nasty things that could be done to people. (unbindall, ma_browse meatspin.com (trust me you dont want to go to that website)

you ban someone and you get crucified on the forums for driving them away

i thought i pointed out that i would be grateful to responsible players who wanted to step up and help out during the times of day asked about.  i personally can not make myself available during those times.  now that the admin gate keeper is back in town im sure he'd love to russle up some new blood to help out.

all other poasts of mine were general smart assery.

msg an admin on your friends list.
get demos/steamids and send 'em here if they're real trouble.
apply to get admins.
donate to keep the server around.

You can also submit demos for any reason (tk-ing, team flashing, or just being an asshat) here and it will definitely be acted upon.  It may not be immediately, but usually within 1 hour or two they'll be removed from the server and given a nice break.
