I was considering the following last night:

Redo the map cycle once a month, or once every other month so we can switch things up, avoid stagnation, and fix the blasted problem areas in which the server depopulates.

I thought it was a pretty spiffy idea, but I wasn't sure what you guys would think. I so I take it to you. Would you like the map rotation re-arranged once a month, or once every other month to fix problems, and keep things interesting?

Sounds good.  Back in the day before source and boe my servers had something that I really liked and mixed it up a bit. Every month/other month a GOOD, WELL DONE, EVENLY SIDED custom map is chosen and added to the rotation.  Not just any custom map mind you, but one that you would think is standard if you didn't know better.  That map is then added to the rotation for the month, 2 months whatever and replaced when it comes time for a new map.
