Hello, how is everyone doing? Good, bad? Well, anyways, at around 9:00 P.M. central, give or take a minute or two, i was banned for, as i say, "team killing." Yes, i have team killed in your server a couple of times, but i did not, i repeat, did not team kill anyone today. The reasonings to my team killings in the past are of mic spammers, hackers (suck as 'helloman") and more unjustful people that did "piss" me off at the time i played on the opg server. No i did not know any admins or did not know that opg has a website to dispute hackers/mic spammers/etc at the time, until now. So, i a sorry for my wrong doings of the past. Now, lets get back to the topic. This is how i unjustfully (i beleive) got banned. I was playing Terrorists, in b tunnels, and i was also awping the boxs in back of bombsite b. i was standing on the near far right post of the tunnel leading to bombsite b. I then peeked, shot, and TRIED moving back into cover, behind the wall. unfortunatly "dart." was in my way of doing so.I then died because of his actions, stoping me from moving into cover. And then, yes, i did rage a bit. Next round i buy an awp and shoot "dart." in the foot for 39 dmg. Yes, only 39 dmg. The next minute i disconnect from the opg server, and a window pops up saying, "banned: Team Killing." I did not get ANY warnings. Yes i did act like i don't usually in pubs, but because this week was my first time playing in 4 months, yes i was uncustomed to my happy, online gaming surroundings and i raged, so what? If the ban is for a month or two, i will happly, and rightfully serve it. On the other hand, if it is more than 3 months, i will debate on this dicission the admin made. I did team kill in the past, i am sorry for that, but i do not deserve to be banned from youe server for dmging "dart." for only 39 dmg. That is not team killing. Today i did not kill anyone. And yes i have team killed in the past, but because of mic spammers, hackers (suck as "helloman") and so forth. But that has nothing to do with the bann. I was only told that i was banned for team killing, not for team wounding or anything like that. In conclusion to my side of the argument i will serve a 1 month ban at most, but anything more, i will justly debate with you guys. Thank you for your time. Please respond with your opinion, and please go into this conflict.

Um, excuse me? Just because he is an admin does not mean he is in the upper class, and we, your visitors (that populate your server) are in the lower class? No! Just because you can afford admin on a public server doesn't mean you get the right to boss us around. The only thing an admin can legally do is enforce the server rules, and on no were (i looked everywere on your server/website) It states anything like this: "If you attack an admin, not team kill, just attack him, you will get permantly banned from the server." No! That is in correct. I seen people team kill each other (not the admin) and the admin just let it be, because no one was attacking him (the admin). This is crazy. Just because you have admin, you can't PERMATLY ban someone for team attacking you, he did something wrong too, if someone had to team attack him. he is a normal human being just like all of us, but with admin. Yes, i deserve to be banned, but on god's name, perrmantly? No! maybe a month, but not permantly. Thank you for your time. |

Son we have the right and reserv the right to refuse business with anyone and anybody at anytime or any server.
While you may have only team attacked without the glory of a kill. It is up to our admins to set forth a punishment that he or she decides on.
We will more than likely reduce your ban if it is permant. Calm down and do not try to skew our rules to make this ban unjust. I will talk to the admin tonight, k? Until then can you maybe calm down?

While ass kissing is cute, it doesn't really help anything. If you would have intentionally team attacked me, I would have permabanned you as well. Just because you have admin, you can't PERMATLY ban someone for team attacking you, he did something wrong too, if someone had to team attack him. You're cute.
