Oh and by the way, I know it doesn't matter because there is always bound to be shitty ways to do things on a nice server via a shitty admin. But did you have to ban me, then talk about it in admin section? To me that's a little bit weird, so like... I'm guilty till proven innocent?

One thing I would like to point out to anyone reading this thread.

"Playing on the oPg server is a privilege, not a right"

Being allowed to use our servers is not the inalienable right of any person with a css account.  As with any business, or consolidated group providing a service, we reserve the right to refuse service based upon our own terms and conditions as we deem necessary.  Any notion that you have a right to due process and proof that you are hacking beyond a reasonable shadow of a doubt is simply a fallacy in assumptions upon your part.  As always the oPg community is looking into this matter, but until you hear otherwise the ban stands.

Regardless, you should be aware that there are many css servers out there where you will be more then welcome to frequent.

Regards,
Ross

I'm just saying, jake is a badmin. And I think I haven't lost the privilege of playing on the server, or shouldn't have just because jake thinks I hack. Should be an admin-group effort in reasonably banning someone. Jumping to conclusions is for badmins like jake.

1)  It is a false assumption to assume that Jake is the only admin believing that you should be banned.  Many (over 6) admins have watched you and played with you recently and weighed in on the decision to ban you.  While executed by jake, the ban did come from more communal discussion then you have been privy to.

2)  Even if the above point were not true, we trust our admins, and as a group we stand behind the decisions they make.  Yes we do review admin abuse, and listen to ban appeals, but your best course of action is not to defame and insult a long standing and well though of member of oPg.

3)  You have made your points known, and your appeal is under review.  Any further posts on this thread will most assuredly not help you case any further.

Like a kid using steroids without the proper knowledge or base of conditioning.

Topic lock'd. Admin discussion will continue in private.
