Demo Section Added

Now that the community has two cal teams (and one split off enhanced team) we've created a DEMO board under the Counter-Strike Board. 

Please upload your best demos to the site so that others can appreciate.  We'll periodically review some demos and the ones we like best will be added to the front page.
