i decided to start a topic for things at work that are funny. i'll start. in our main lunchroom there is a wipe board. we were supposed to write things we were thankful for on it. someone made an amazing contribution  |

we also have a graffiti wall on the 3rd and 4th floor of our building (this is where most of the shenanigans take place) someone (including myself) have contributed to our love of don hertzfeld.  |

The only funny thing at my work place is everyone's shocked face when I speak openly about my feelings for the waste that is upper management... in front of them.
Good thing they can't fire me...

My boss, for every morning that anyone can remember, at work has stopped by 7-11 every morning and grabs a Double Big Gulp(64oz) Diet coke, Double Straw 1/4 of the way filled with ice and an apple fritter. Sometimes when he's feeling crazy he gets about a shot of fresca for a kick to it. Theres sooooo many inside jokes me and my friend have with him, we could go on for days.

No... You have to have a lot of boxes checked to be able to work where I do, and it takes a long time to get to that point. Once you do, its like Tenure... They started excepting your opinion even if they hate you..

I work in a lab and on the lab door window theres a sign that says "Dont Feed the Animals"..
meaning us, we're the animals. We don't work with animals we work with DNA. The joke is that we, the lab associates, are animals in a cage. Do you see what they did there?

Yep, I pretty much think Im the funniest person in my lab. Seriously.

A wall dedicated to lolcats and demotivational posters
A smashed keyboard hanging from the rafters
A tally board dedicated to the number of times the principal said "Umm.." during announcements
A huge sub which was used in conjunction with "THX - World's Deepest Bass" to piss off surrounding teachers
A rogue vending machine hidden in the back room
Ermm...
I could go on, but you get the idea.
