Did you make sure to uninstall the drivers from the old card?

Best solution at the moment: Uninstall all graphics drivers, install latest drivers for you current card. Should solve that problem.

Send me your video card.  I could sure use the help.

That would be the greatest cheat ever.  Especially if you could figure it out at the hardware level.  Completely undetectable. Shocked

I once had a set of nVidia drivers for my 7950gx2 that made flash bangs not work.

It was awesome.

I played on a laptop once that wouldn't render boxes until you were close to them..  So on like Aztec, you couldn't see any of the boxes across bridge...

It didn't help me any though because the Graphics card limited my FPS to pretty low..

LOL, I saw similar stuff with Quake II years back.  The card would draw all walls and openings regardless of their depth.  So you couldn't be sure if the door ways were really there or not, same with wholes in the ceiling and floors.  Quite the pain.  Pretty sure it was driver related.  With the 7300 being an older card I would actually go to the nvidia driver archive and start trying older drivers as I have had issue with nvidia hosing older cards with their newer drivers.  I've had to do this with old 5xxx cards and css.
