So I have got Office 2007 but it asks me for the key code everytime I open it. When you buy the Office doesn't it give you like a key code to unlock it for all your computers? Did I buy it, no. $400 dollars with the outlook feature.  Embarrassed

No.  It generally gives you the code to unlock it on one computer.  Sometimes three.  But never all.  That's what the free editions are for.

My wife goes to colledge so we are looking at the price of that. I am going to need it on all four of my computers. I also thought some of you would enjoy my misspelling.  Grin

And usually its license allows you to put it on 2 computers.

I currently use Microsoft Offiice 2003. I use Word, Excel, and I wanna get into using Outlook, not Outlook Express. So when I get my new phone on April 4th I can sync stuff like calanders, contacts, ect. I will need this on four computers, two office and two laptoppies.

You could always try Open Office and Thunderbird. Two good freeware alternatives.

The best thing to do is get the software the college uses so there won't be any king of problem with working at home/school.

Be aware that Open Office lacks an e-mail client.  However Thunderbird, which is a killer application, can be synced with a Pocket PC.  The problem is that you do lose some level of interconectivity when you run a stand alone application like Thunderbird.  And you have to use addons like lightning to achieve the full functionality of Outlook, and I'm not sure how well they integrate with PIMs.
