All of the MSDN subscriptions we could find had to be licensed per user.  Every end user that could use the product had to have his/her own subscription.

I'd be interested in this "company" subscription, because from what I've been able to find, it doesn't exist.

technically, our subscription is in unison w/ our Gold Certified Partnership w/ microsoft, which allows us development use for most everything, and we rationalize it as we sometimes do development on our home machines. we use our MSDN for most everything except our production machines. Those we purchase licenses for.

i think jake is right about the licensing, but we aren't worried about MS coming and knocking on our doors about 11 home machines.
