Man who scratch ass should not bite fingernails.

WWW
« on: October 18, 2006, 03:58:27 PM »

It just keeps trying to sign on continously. The two people just keep dancing around and around and around.

1. I have rebooted my computer
2. I have uninstalled msn and reinstalled it
3. I have tried loggin on manually
4. I have updated any updates
5. I have logged in on my wifes computer and it works fine.
6. Once I saw an error 200, whatever the hell that means
Any suggestions peoples?Huh?

i know that even if you uninstall it, not all components are erased. what is left behind, i don't know. what i've done a long long time ago was do a system restore before the event occurred.

another example was my firefox where my saving my bookmarks would not work, and the search engins shortcut(the one on the right of the url address) was not working either. i uninstalled firefox and reinstalled, but the problem persisted. i found out that there was a file with configs that never got erased, and i erased them, reinstalled, and it was working well again.

possibly this problem has occurred for other people and maybe you can search online for a solution.

I always wondered that two, they said "the button" when really it was a combination of buttons, and pressing just anyone did nothing.

go to control panel. click performance and maitenance. spot the system restore button on the top left and click. choose 'restore my computer to an earlier time'. pick a date to restore it to. and bam! your pc will restart and do it's job. hopefully, this will work.

Only if he already had system restore turned on.  Note killa, you will lose anything between now and then.  Good luck with that.

Not everything, in fact system restore hardly touches most files.
