My headset went screwy a few days ago, and I finally fixed it so it works in vent, but it still doesn't work in cs. I can't find an option to set where voice should come from. Anyone know how I can make in game recognize my mic?

in windows go to sound and audio devices click the audio tab and select the correct input for your mic, once you do that click the use only default devices checkbox at teh bottom of the page and windows will make source use the default you selected
