I heard of having your fax number being converted somehow to your computer or a web page so you can access your faxes remotely. I am going to google this and learn how to do it. I would like some imput on how to make my business run smoother and more efficiently. If you currently are doing this with your fax machine please indulge me, thanks.

You can sign up for a service like eFax.  Some VOIP services provide it as well.  You might (well, not you, but someone you know maybe) be able to set up a Asterisk server to handle this as well, though I'm not sure if Asterisk will do this or not.
