Now that I've got my synchronization issue under control, how about backing up data. I've outgrown the 'drag-n-drop when I feel like it' stage of backup and would like to move into something a bit more secure and reliable.

What does everyone prefer and why?

Time Machine... It does everything for me including backups every 15 minutes or so of any modified files... and allows for complete system restore when my HD crashes..

But its on a Mac.

SyncBack is what I use for my limited backing up of files.

I'm still stuck at the drag-n-drop stage as well. I just use a spare HD and leave important stuff on both drives. Although I thought the drive backup software from Windows One Care was good, although I wouldn't trust the firewall/AV.
