The eyes are far too blue.

You need to change the opacity/layer style on whatever you used to bring them out with. Unless, of course, that was your intention or if that is her natural eye color.

Also, you have the eyes on the top level for the rule o' 3rds to work out but the head/body is too much in the middle.

Other than that I like it.

I'm a big fan of this type of imagery, if you will.  I really like the picture.  Personally, I like the faded look (except for the eyes) a little better than the blue tint.

I completely agree with the eyes... I've wanted to change it but forgot to save the damn .psd file -=o/
I did this on my laptop and it looked alright... but, when I looked at it on my desktop they were way to blue... baah
