If you plan on playing in monday's match please be on vent/source around 21:00 MST (9:00 PM) so we can review CAL rules, procedure, and de_season.

Even if you aren't playing in monday's match please show up, the experience should be great, and you'll be able to help us while we help you.

I'm not on the team, but I'd like to learn more about CAL. Would it be alright if I watched?

That would be fine. If we hit more than 10 people in the server you'll have to watch from SRCTV, but you're welcome to join us in game and in vent.
