Whether it be by legal means such as iTunes or one of the various illegal means, I'm curious as to what people are Downloading to listen to.

I'm getting old and I'm still stuck in 1997.  I need good new music to listen to.

May I suggest Dropkick Murphys, as well as Flogging Molly, both good bands, It's Irish punk music, I haven't been downloading them seeing how I have all their albums, but still good stuff.

What type of music are you into anyway? cause I can give plenty of suggestions as long as it isn't rap/hip hop, or techno, and some other "new age" crap.

Power metal. Beautiful. Do you like Dragonforce, Blind Guadian or Dream Evil?

Anyhow, I've been into a lot of power/death/black metal recently. A lot of local stuff too. Abigail Williams, Gaza, and Job for a Cowboy.

No I can't stand dragonforce, blind guardian and never have heard dream evil. Only reason I like any of the above is because they have the symphonic/grand element to them. I can't stand straight powermetal and think that these bands are a step above the norm.

Anywho, I'm not all in to power metal these days, recently I've acquired the discographies of

Pink Floyd
Paul McCartney
Big Sea
The Cheiftans
The Beatles
and ACDC

I listen to everything but Techno and new age. I don't like new rap or hip hop. I prefer sounds that include music.

Owchy.  That hurts me.  I like techno.  For dancing and for background music when I'm working.  And some songs are just fun.  And I'm that white kid you hear driving down the street pumping his ghettofabulous music from his amazing sound system in his nice car and you think "hey moron, YOU'RE WHITE!"

Currently I'm downloading a 3d modeling program, an operating system, and 6 seasons of TV shows.  I downloaded a bunch of music a while back, and still haven't heard it all.  It will be a while 'til I download some more.

Do you know of any other good Irish music SL?  I love Flogging Molly, and I'm keenly interested on some more similar or slightly similar music.

Well I know some good Celtic bands but they really aren't punk rock.

What I'd reccomend:

Flogging Molly
Dropkick Murphys
The Chieftans
Great Big Sea
Chris Armstrong (Bagpipes)
World Piping Championship CD's

And if you're looking for some really traditional Celtic music I'd reccomend

Anything sung in Gaelic
Piobaireachd (Pronounced "Pee-brooke")
