I see.  So technically you won't be able to ride your bike until you test on your own bike?

Will they let you do it at the end of the MSF course?

i'm not sure if they will let me test in place of the rebel or come back later. you can ride what ever you want with a permit, just not after dark, on roads posted 65 or greater and no passengers.

Yeah.  I took my written test in May, but it was two months before I could get into take my riding test.  I drove to and from work (215) at all hours.  I'm a bad boy.

The moral of the story is: DON'T GO TO THE WEST VALLEY DMV.

    O = 90 cc or less Motorcycle
    2 = 249 cc or less Motorcycle
    3 = 649 cc or less Motorcycle

If you are tested on a motorcycle 650 cc or greater no restriction will be placed on your license and you will be permitted to ride any size motorcycle.

at the end of the course they test you on the 250cc rebel they provide for the class, the DMV does honor that. but you can test on your own bike later on so you'll have no restriction.

Where does my Big Wheels fit into that?
