Currently it looks like I have to approve all the images....  I'm trying to figure out how is just lets you upload... I might switch tools too If I find something that works better...

I have webhosting if needed and i know of some decent photo album apps we could use.  it's the photo stuff on community server. don't know if you are interested or not.
