Yeah I did it with bots. It was my third time through that campaign on expert and I really didn't want to get shafted on the bridge again.

It's L4D2. The achievements are what I'm highlighting.

Bridge burner = survive the parish campaign.
Bridge over trebled slaughter = finish (and survive) the parish finale (the bridge) in less than 3 minutes.
Still something to prove = finish all 5 campaigns on expert. Denoting that I did the parish, and thus the bridge over trebled slaughter achievement on expert.

That should make a bit more sense.

2nd try with bots on the finale. 4th try through the finale.

Didn't restart on the way to the finale. Although people joined in and left during that time, so it wasn't with bots the whole way. People left after we missed the finale the 2nd time. We were trying to get all 4 on the chopper by fighting our way across, didn't work so well.

With bots it was actually really easy -
Grab an autoshotty, pipebomb, and adrenaline.
Run along the left side and don't stop.
When you hit the tank use adrenaline and run past.
Throw the pipe at the end of the titled bit of highway where the infinite spawn starts.
Run to the chopper.
Profit.

Bots make excellent fodder so you can get across pretty easy. Now if someone managed to get all 4 teammates on the chopper on expert I'd be very impressed - that's real hard.
