Hey what's up with the forums trying to make ever single avatar I try to use square?!?!?!? That rules out about 99% of images. Sad

Yours is already square sir.

If you want, just add stuff above and below it.  If you want me to add transparency above and 'neath it, just ask.

Yeah, I limited it to a square for a while as the theme only allows so much space.  Its a bit better now but still needs work.

I'm not sure if its a weakness of the SMF forums or just the themes I've looked at so far, but if you install a picture thats too large it makes the picture scroll....

Thanks for fixing that.

As for the forum, I sorta like it, sorta don't.

Granted, IPB is the king of all forum software, but it does cost $190.

Yeah, and I don't have any extra money to spend on the site.... lets keep the pirated software away from the public eye... and access..

This will work, for now anyways.

I'm gettin used to it. It's just takin some time, as all things do.

I actually like how much you can do with it, and we should be able to tweak the styling to be as appealing as possible over time.

Yes, you may have seen the other post, but I upgraded the forums a bit last night.  It now has a "show unread posts since last visit" and "show new replies to your posts" quick links at the top once you sign in which is nice...

It will make it easier to see whats going on, and who's commenting on your posts.

 We'll make it work.

Looks at avatar despisingly.  It loks like one of J3R's BDSM sessions, all stretched out and nasty.
