Soooo..... Since we've been discussing and figure its time we put together an organized oPg WoW effort.
Having said that we face one major problem.. everyone plays on different servers. Powdered has expressed sincere interest in leading this expedition and hopes that we can put something together to get an oPg WoW group on his server. I am not against this at all.
If interested, who else would be willing to start a new character on what ever server Powdered plays on (assuming there are still open spots).
It could be a lot of fun if enough of us play and give us a chance to expand the community into the WoW realm.

Ok, here's the info and the goodies:
The server is the US server Emerald Dream. Faction is Alliance. It IS RP-PvP, so you are going to get some freaking weird-ass furry crap, and some weird-ass cybering, and just a lot of weird-ass people. And I'm telling you, it's absolutely hilarious. As long as you stay out of Goldshire, though, it's just like any other server.
(One of the things I'd like to do there if we can get some oPgs there is have Goldshire Safaris, and document the amazing life forms we find here on the forums.)
Edit:I forgot to mention one thing. There are actually naming rules on this server, so you can't have anything retarded like "Icampgayelfs" or anything like that. It has to be some sort of a real name.
The guild I am in is one that my roommates started about a year and a half ago, called Imperium Exsilium. We're really laid back. The only requirements we have is 1. Don't be a douche, and 2. Be nice to the girls in our guild. We are a fairly small guild, and the most PvE progression we've done is getting keyed for Karazahn. Some day, we'd like to raid a bit, but right now we don't have the numbers and class balance that we'd like.
Raiding in this guild will be extremely laid back. None of this "We Raid 6 days a week, off Thursdays, you must be online at 6:45 PM to start raiding NO EXCEPTIONS" bullshit. It'll be more of.. show up thursday sometime in the evening, and we'll start a raid.
If you roll on this server, I'd be more than happy to help you get started. 1 gold when you roll to get you started, and 10 gold and a guild tabbard when you hit level 14. We do have a lot of lower levels, and people are starting alts all the time, so you won't be short on company to help you level.
So, now that you have all that, if you want to join up, my characters are a 70 Rogue named Raynaldo, and a 70 Paladin named Reynaldo. Just send me a whisper or post here and we'll get you in.

we have lots of space and can setup something like wow.theopgclan.com and give some control of that web section to you and your roommate??
