I'll be interested to see how it compares to Oblivion.

I really Bethesda had spent an extra 6 months finishing that game - it had so much potential. Granted, it was awesome, but it could have been orgasmic.

How dare you rate Fallout 3 without playing it yourself. My fanboyism will make me kill you!

Granted, if it's anything like Fallout 1 and 2 it should be amazingly awesome. In the prequels it wasnt just playable as a diplomat or a brute warrior, there were so many shades of grey in between. They were probably some of the deepest rpgs Ive ever played. You could be a sneaky bitch and steal stuff off of vendors and plant dynamite on people, you could be a mechanic and get a car and haxor robots and turrets and get into electronic doors and have robot companions, you could be a sniping guy who sits back and pick off people, you could be an outdoorsman where animals come to your aid whenever you fight, you could be a dumbass strong brute who can't really talk to people (your dialogue options made you sound so retarded with low int lol) but you can not only punch peoples faces in you could access areas that required you to lift rocks or heavy objects, you could be super smart and convince people to follow you and have them do all the fighting and repairing and stuff, you could pump a stat called Perception and notice all these hints around you, like if you were looking for a lost boy a dialogue would pop up saying "You notice footprints leading off to blahblahblah". The shit was crazy!

I rate it a 12.5/10 so with our two scores it averages out to 10/10.

Based on my experience playing fallout 3 I found the game play lacking everything.  There was no plot, no entertaining action and no graphics or sound even.  I found playing fallout 3 to be about as much fun as playing duke nukem forever.  I rate it 0/10.  I may revisit my review should they release additional content in the future.

It's available for download if you have a modded 360... which I do.

With a modded 360 you can charge Bill gates credit card for things you buy online.

Really, the only benefit so far is the ability to play burned games, not that I would ever do, or condone, this behavior.

MS has gotten smarter. If you do anything near Xbox Live (even login) with a backup your console gets banned. Maybe not now, but probably within the next ban wave. Also the architecture is way different, so porting all your favorite dashboards/games takes a lot more work. So people end up just being lazy and using their Original Xbox's which are much easier to work with. Also even if you downloaded it today, the game just went gold, so more than likely you'd be playing a beta version.

But back to Jenksz post, killing stuff never gets boring.

Killing stuff over and over again in the same way can get boring...ie HALO, awesome game right? I agree, however without the depth of the plot, the game would be completely boring and repetitive. And don't use CSS as an example, because that's a constantly changing environment that puts a human brain vs a human brain
