For those of you that don't know, a special area of gaming that has always been close to my heart is coming to an end.
http://www.ensemblestudios.com/Ensemble studios, the famous gaming company that has released popular and awesome titles such as the Age of Empires series, and Age of Mythology are wrapping up their operations. Now, Ensemble is developing Halo Wars, which will be completed and shipped, however a new corporation created by Microsoft will be put in charge of updating and maintaining the game.
Personally I think this was a good call by Microsoft (parent corporation) their most popular series (AoE) had it's run, the third one failed to grab as much attention as they wanted to, and they went out on a high note. Just wanted to bring this to everyone's attention, it truly is an end of a great gaming icon.
