So I pre-ordered this and DL through Steam. I keep hearing great things about this game so hopefully its as wonderfully as everyone says. I believe it is a single-player only game but if its good.. its good, right?
Also, I like purchasing my games through steam.. I can DL and install quickly and never have to worry about that lost disk, etc. when I reformat.

Steam has taken it's share of knocks, but I think the system is pretty damn good. I'll be getting this game too. No multiplayer? Maybe it will be the new Call of Duty that gives us a new path.

i've heard good things... but it looks weird. i don't know if i'll get it or not. but it's getting more and more likely since crysis isn't coming out til november now.

I like Steam as well. The only thing I used to hate was it's awful offline mode, since my computer didn't connect to the net. But they have since upgraded steam offline and it works like a charm now.
However, I dislike programs that require steam. That is too much.

also do you prefer to harvest or rescue?

I rescue. And for the big daddy's you've got to have the better ammo and then any gun really works..

like anti-personal, armor piercing, explosive shot, what about the electric shot.
why rescue? does harvest make you feel like a bad person... ?
that game is creepy, kinda, from what i played. a friend has it on 360 we took turns trying to get through the hard stuff after we wasted our ammo. aiming sucks on consoles.

The ending is about 20x easier if you rescue. Just like with any 'Good vs Evil' game where you able to choose between the two, you are either good or a baby eating, Mother Theresa killing, good for nothing lowlife. |
