my lease was up march 31st. and when i got home from work the next day there was a note saying we had to move out before the new renters were gonna move in (this weekend). my landlord sucks and has terrible communication skillz/has no idea what is going on. doesn't speak English very well either.
turns out my roommate is a jackass.

Haha. I was going to set up a proxy that turned all images on the web upside down before delivering. Unfortunately I didn't decide to do it until 2 hours left of April fools day.
More time to perfect it for next year I suppose.

Today in the final day of your lease, I am
NOT renting the house to you next
month. You will need to have everything
out of the house and cleaned by
TONIGHT.
The new renters are wanting to move in
this weekend.
And why are the windows covered up? It
says in the contracts that I did not want
them covered. For that, I will not be
giving you back your deposit.
Thank you and please hurry and with
moving out.
