I'm taking a fairly long break from CS, so I thought I'd clear my name before I leave, and show all of the naysayers and non believers out there how I played the game and made what ya'll consider "suspicious" shots:
enter the setup:

Note the outrageously sized mousepad; its dimensions are 17 1/8th X 13 3/8ths inches. Alot of people simply use their hard desk instead of a mousepad, I'm guessing simply because they can. Big mistake in my book- the mouse doesn't slide as freely compared to a cloth surface. Also notice the widescreen, although I got that only a few months ago (used a 17" LCD before that). The 16:9 aspect ratio does give you a better lateral view of the world, sacrificing a little below and up top, which isn't a big deal in CSS.
The mousepad and my sensitivity is they key factor to how I play the game though- If I place the mouse at the center of the pad, and move it to either edge of the pad, I'll rotate 180 degrees. I played at 1.4 sensitivity back when I had my mx510 (800dpi) and I used double that with the new fangled mx518 (1600dpi). I encourage you to try a really low sensitivity with a sniper rifle- rather than move the tips of your fingers to aim, use your wrist for small adjustments, and your arm for larger ones.
Why the seizure style play? well I just move my arm around really fast to see where everything is, to cover corners and check spots, the usual stuff. I usually only employ that when I'm either joking around (you may have heard me reference it as "dancing") or am really serious (scrims and CAL).
Now, on the topic of noscoping...
I started noscoping just screwing around on the xmission servers. I figured it was no different than 1.6 where the thing is damn accurate unscoped. Much to my suprise, not only was it accurate like 1.6, but it was also accurate whilst running. I started to use the scout exclusively after a while mainly because it was damn fun and unorthodox to all the m4 spray 'n prayers. Soon I became synonymous with the gun. I have to admit though, half of my long range noscopes are just dumb luck, and usually I never expect to hit them. If you want to get better at noscoping, set your cl_crosshairscale to 0 (or was it 1000000?) so it disappears, then use whatever gun you want. Eventually you'll develope a natural sense of where the middle of your screen is, and simply "shoot from the hip," so to speak.
I did download a buy scripting program, but I'd hardly call that cheating- it's a must for scrims and CAL
http://www.counter-script.net/index.php?id=51along with in game programmable buy keys it gives you a quick switch for your primary and secondary guns, along with a few other goodies, my only gripe was that I had to configure my grenade and flash manually through the user.cfg file.
That was my secret, go ahead and try it and see what you think, it worked for me

And all of you people who think I cheated...
piss the **** off, and realize that there are so many people better than me that made me pull my hair out in frustration it's unbelievable.
