yeah. its pretty much the best way to eat turkey. period.
it doesnt dry out and the skin is crunchy. i totally recommend it.

If you cook it right that's the way it is supposed to come out. We had a thanksgiving thingy at work on Tuesday. We had three different turkeys, One that was deep fried, one that was cooked in one of those crock pot thingys, and one that was cooked in a dutch oven, the dutch oven cooked one was the best turkey i've ever had.

I'm Canadian...we eat the pilgrims up here for thanksgiving...and live in igloos...ALL BEWARE OF THE NORTHERN COAST.
