I didn't kiss my wife on our first date... Infact, I had this whole scheme to get her to kiss me first... That didn't last...
Anyways.. After I'd been gone for 2 years... We still didn't kiss on the first night back.. But the 2nd night, we made out for hours....
I bring flowers home often.

I have this thing about me where i can get girls shirts off on the first date.
I think that sums it up for me about kissing on the first date. ^ And i have bought girls flowers, I even knelt on one knee as i gave them to this one girl. |

in order:
no it took five months of spending time with the girl i married before we kissed. i've always been kind of a prude.
and like Latro after a two year absence the second night i was with her again we kissed for a long time.
i'm not very romantic, i'll occasionally pick lilacs from our bushes in the spring for my wife.
i've never had friends enough to set me up and well, i'm married now.

YES! this is the story id love to hear. Ok.. so the shortest ive waited is 2 hours to make out with someone. but you cant blame me. he was oober sexy and well - lissa takes what lissa wants. i think the longest ive waited was maybe a week. what can i say. i like to make out. i havent ever had someone bring me flowers on a first date. even for how sad that is, i guess im kinda old fashioned if a guy is asking me out, he should do all the work. and of course vice versa when it comes to me asking guys out - i do all the work (no pun intended) |

The shortest I've waited is like 30 minutes. But this girl had visited our apt. multiple times and was friends with my roommate. I'd never really talked to her until the first time we hung out. She was the exception to the rule though. Mostly, if I don't really think anything will happen with the girl, I don't mind kissing her at the first chance.
I didn't kiss my wife until about 1 month after our first date though, so...

Making out is on a case by case basis but obviously hasn't happened on the first date if there has been no kissing
I like to bring a girl a flower/flowers most girls I've given them to don't seem to get them often/ever
I've had some good blind dates and I've had some bad blind dates but I haven't had a blind date in a few years

Despite my age and lack of experience, I will answer these questions. In Order: Depends on the girl. Although, as a general rule of thumb, I will not try to. If I have known the person for a while before hand, possibly, but more often than not: no. Yes, all the time. I'll do them, but I won't necessarily enjoy them. |
