get yourself some nose spray and use two - three times a day to prevent dry out that makes you sound like you're sick, but really, you arent.

sudafed cold & allergy
i never felt dryer sinuses.

habeneros will clear your nasal passage and probably your bowels, but beware, solution only temporary.
