As far as I can make it out Duracell was making fun of devour for continuing the seemingly absurd idea of Whisper. Whilst he admitted that it is crazy, Devour furthered it, leaving him open for public jest.
Duracell then said that there is a service called ESEA and that it should be used rather than turning the oPg server in to it. He also made a personal jab at Devour here, suggesting that pubs have a very lowly place. Considering Devour is a pubstar, he effectively insulted Devour.
Then Devour made a seemingly nonsensical post because he misinterpreted Duracell's post. Devour thought that Duracell was telling me to use ESEA to convert the oPg server, rather than telling everyone else to use ESEA. I can't really make out the second line, so I have no clue what Devour is trying to make there.
Duracell then came back and let Devour know that Devour had misinterpreted Duracell's post, furthering his explanation by letting Devour know that Devour's post made no sense whatsoever. Then he let Devour know that he was making fun of him. (Sorry for the lack of pronouns.)
Then again, this is all speculation and conjecture on my part, don't take it to heart.
