We were playing cpl_fire, teams were pretty even. I rushed B tunnels from T spawn beginning of the round and check that corner going towards short B. There was a CT there so I shot at him when I saw him. I died, and next thing I know rage is accusing me of wallhacking.
The map switches to cpl_strike and my team is losing the first 3 or 4 rounds. rage is on the other team again. On like the fifth round I killed a couple CT's in mid connector, one of whom was rage, an then I get killed. Next thing I know I am banned with the message "Wallhacks".

rage banned me a few days prior to this too. But that time was understandable. The unwritten server rule is don't retry when you die to get fresh money. I understand the admins are trying to keep it fair. But I had just joined the server that day and my graphics had artifacts and the light shining into the windows on de_nuke was a solid white blob that I couldn't see through. Instead of retrying at the beginning of the round I played the first round out and after I died I retry'd in console to hopefully fix my graphics problem. Rage banned me for 5-10 minutes. I'm not arguing that ban, even though I never received a warning and all other admins that know me know that I do ever retry just to get fresh money. I just feel that rage has a grudge against me so he is abusing his admin powers to punish me or something.

opg is the only server in my favorites list. It is the only server I play in because it has the best reg, and great map rotation, and high level players to play with. All the other admins that know me know that I never team stack, I switch teams if teams are uneven, and I usually pick the more difficult side of all the maps unless they are even maps and then I pick a random team. The admins also know that I have my on and off days playing CS on OPG's server. I never followed anyone through any walls, all I did was check typical hiding spots when I pushed to different positions and I am being accused of wall hacking. To be honest when you play counter strike you never need invisible walls to get good. You just need to have great sound card and headphones. You can hear footsteps around most corners and after many years of practice like I have had, you can time shot with the sound to when the enemy pops around the corner.

And if I was wallhacking why did rage himself frag me on many occasions? I got a few lucky frags on him and he starts accusing I'm a cheater. It happens it is counter strike.

Please I hope you review my appeal and decide to lift the ban on me. Thanks for your time.

Yea we get lots of complaints about that rule.  It's retarded that nobody has bothered to add it to the server rules or put up an in-game banner or something.

Don't take my sarcasm the wrong way sir.  All appeals are looked into.  Fortunately for you rage only banned your for 10 minutes.  Also keep in mind, we have to rely on our admins judgement in matters like this.  rage clearly wasn't sure you were hacking or he would have perma banned you.  My advice to you is, if you feel you are getting abused talk to other admins that are on, especially ones you know.  If you continue to feel that he has a grudge against you make a demo of it.

There has been a advart up warning people not to spec/retry.  It is a known rule.  We'll add it to the "server rules" here in the forums.

Jed, if you actually read the rules you would fine spec-rejoining defined and stated as a lesser offense which warrants a kick or small ban.

We also have an ingame advert stating not to retry.

The top way to stay banned around here is to accuse respected admins of abuse in order to get your ban overturned.  If rage thinks you were hacking, I'd stand by him 100%, as would most of the other admins.  Attacking him or his ability to admin a server is only going to serve as a ban extension for you.

I wasn't attacking him or his ability. I was stating that he has been on my case that past week I was in the server.

I always play fair in oPg. I never spec-join to get more money. Even when the start money was $16,000 I never spec joined when I had $0. I hardly ever use the AWP and I can usually afford a rifle most rounds, so I like to use the rounds where I have no money to work on my deagle skills, which I suck with the deagle but that is another topic. (I did 'retry' that one time this past weekend because my graphics was messed up and I was trying to fix it not to get the extra money, and I said I understood why rage banned me for only 5 minutes.)

My complaint with rage was that no one else in the server was accusing me of walling, and the 2 times where I was called out for having no walls I didn't get the frag I ended up getting fragged instead so I don't see how those 2 people could have accused me of walling.

Understood sir.  Even today I had a horrible graphics glitch and almost retried, but since the server was full I stuck it out 'til the map changed. 

As I tell everyone, if you feel you're getting abused or harassed take a demo.  If you don't we're obviously going to be inclined to trust the member of our community who was respected enough for deputy admins over the new guy.

5 people + 2 admins all agreed you were wall hacking in the server before your 10min ban.  It's not a conspiracy, no-one is out to get you, you are not being treated unfairly.
