I let my brother use my computer last night when i went out
and today when i went to join the server it says im banned.......no idea what he did
but can i please get unbanned
ill yell at him next time i see him

Mr. Myos I would assume that is the risk for letting your brother play on your computer. Or your friends play on your account. You have been perma banned by an admin for team killing him and some others. It looks very grim to see this ban being lifted sir.

oh no.......my brother TKed someone
on a server that has a TK limit and the option to slay the person...
...worst he could have done was inflict 1-2 rounds or 1:30sec of misery on someone
Im not saying it was right.....but to say ur not gonna lift a perma ban for it? come on.....
Im a regular member and in the top5 in the server......this is somewhat ridiculous

Hi my name is mongoose and I read you first post and thought hm, that sucks but coming here should help your case, then I read killa's which presented the facts of why you were banned as they were presented by the admin responsible. Yeah perma for tk is kinda harsh but it sounds like whoever was on at the time was going out of their way to be an ass.
So I think this guy in the original post doesn't seem like an ass. Then I read your response and that guy reminds me of the ass who as admin has told us got upset and started team killing with a vengeance.
Perma is a harsh ban for tk, but just about right for self righteous ass holes. Shape up or ship out. Remember you're trying to gain favor here not piss people off. Maintain a respectful tone and have a dialog about the occurrence ok. Now take a deep breath delete your smart ass comments and try again to convince us that your the kind of guy we want playing with us.

Sorry just not going to happen. I understand what your saying....but no.
My id was banned out of line. Perma ban for a TK is just ridiculous......since thats what im assuming happed by the post above.
So for me to be banned like this for a TK, in this case i didnt even do it.....it was my brother. Thats out of line, not my response.
So yea i came here and presented my case, nicely. Then i get a bunch of crap like "TK perma ban this, and looking grim to get it removed that." .....it was a TK
happens ever freakin hour on the server if not more.....for my account to get perma banned for that when it wasnt even me playing is ridiculous. Thus my second post.
I came nicely and presented my case, but in now way am i going to "gain favor" and appease the gods to have something reverted which shouldnt have been put into place to begin with. I dont see why everyone comes in here with the mindset that u have to kiss ass to the admins. It doesnt matter to me if i ever play here again, id like to, but i can just as easily move on the next server. If they want the server to remain popular and competitive (which as i stated in my previous posts.....its really losing its competivness) they should respect the players, and not expect them to come graveling to their feet to get a ridiculous ban lifted.
.....specially when i didnt even do it, and i came in explaining what happened.
This forum is full of admin abuse threads and the like......and im starting to see why.

Killa isnt' the end-all be all of who gets unbanned. You didn't even wait for anyone else to say anything, you just freaked out. You didn't even wait for who banned you to confirm/deny. Prove it. You need to understand that all we have is your word. Considering your word is attached to an ID that was permabanned for being a jerk and tk'ing, that isn't exactly much to go on. You're operating under one of the most common excuses ever. An excuse that is RARELY if EVER true. |

Gain favor does not mean kiss ass, you needed to come in here and convince us that you're an upstanding guy. But why bother right I mean mongoose and killa obviously speak for everyone so give them a nice f*** you instead. Ive already made my point about that, so i wont go back into it. So that set me off, not that even my second post was that bad, sarcastic maybe.....but its not like i was attacking anyone. And it just went downhill from there with his responses. And as far as proving it wasnt me? obviously i cant. .....But im a regular here and on the top5 and all the sudden one night i start TKing everyone and am a "jerk" from what i heard......sounds unlikely.
