This evening, 12/21/08,  i joined your server at around the time 7:20 P.M. Central (Chicago). Unfortunatly, i am a new player to this complex game. I have only played Team Fortress 2 for the passed year or so. Going along with my complaint/story, I join terrerists. I was playing with my new mic, unfortunatly, people started to say that it is "cracking" or it has horrible reception and to buy a new one. (I bought this mic for only 13.99 at gamestop hoping that it will work perfectly, but i was wrong). i joined the server and a player named "kickass" was complaining about everything, everytime he dies he complains, and everytime he kills/dominates someone he starts screaming into his mic that he is a "pro". i, with maybe other people who are disturbed by this non-sense, get pissed off. Annoying just as it sounds, we/atleast i, start telling him to shut his mouth. i believe i played the map named "season" at the time. The round after i tell him to be quiet he team shoots me down to 34 hp. i, do, complain and shoot him a couple of times as well (if there was an admin, in which i believe there should have been one) should have heard that he was shooting me. after i exchange shootings with him, he team kills me. i than select the option of "freeze". just after, i am kicked by administrator. i than join back and use my mic (which i believe still had horrible reception) and ask "hello, is there and amdin, if there is, why was a kicked". then, the next millisecond i get banned. i am complaing that "kickass" did not get any, what so ever, punishment. i did. all i am asking for is for you guys to lower my ban, if it is a perminate ban, to maybe a month/week ban. expectially if kickass does not get punished as i did. guys, please keep in mind that i am a new person to this game, and i was enjoying your server. unlike any other, that has 40 ppl and everyone mic spamms and complines just as kickass did. i did not team kill anyone, kickass did, all i did is just shoot him a couple of times, just as he did to me.

I spoke to the admin that banned you. He banned you for tk'ing which is not allowed. He also stated that you are not following directions by not posting your steam ID here. He also said you were being an idiot. But he did state that he would lower your ban from perma to one day if you shape up and post your steam ID. Good day sir. Thanks for coming in here and acting civil.

i have never tk'd anyone, if you check my stats, i have never "tk'd" anyone.

if you follow this link, you will see my stats for your server,  there is the number "0" under "teammate kills" which means i have never "tk'd" anyone.

P.S. thankk you for the one day ban, i will serve that. i should have not acted like a total idiot.
