c.) 7/23/08, probably sometime in the evening EST. I don't exactly remember when.
d.) 72.5.102.48:27015
e.) Probably too many TK's on accident. If it's not a perma ban I will wait it out.
f.) No idea, probably just an automated ban cause I probably got 3/3 "not forgives" or something, Not sure how it works exactly.

If it isn't permanent I will wait it out. If it is, I appeal it cause none of the tk's where on purpose.

We were trying to update our server.  This happened to a few people.  You will be unbanned soon.
