I didn't say it was the only, or even a good method for fixing this.  But it is the only way YOU could have fixed the problem.  Because people are too hard to change.  Policy on the other hand, is easy.

And I'm sure the banning will be enjoyed 10 fold next time.  He has at least 156 IP addresses.  But since the whole /24 was banned, he should have more than 255.

If so, grrrrrrrrrreat.  If not... Sad
